Merco will only function correctly if it has been correctly added as a Trusted Site in your web browser. If it has not been added as a trusted site then exports might not work.
Any third party browser add-ins such as pop-up blockers (including Google and/or Yahoo toolbars) may also cause problems with some of Merco functionality. Please refer to the third party vendors documentation regarding allowing pop-ups if you have any add-ins installed.
