To access the Pop-up Blocker settings:

Step 1: At the top of the Firefox window On the menu bar, click on the Tools FirefoxEdit menu, and select Options... Preferences....

Step 2: Select the Content panel.



Step 3: In the content panel, click Exceptions, the following display will show.



Step 4: Type in the Merco URL. Example:  http://localhost/Merco

Step 5: Click Allow.
